What started as a pandemic-era delivery kitchen in June 2020 has grown into one of Manila's most celebrated taquerias. Chef Patrick Curitana turned necessity into art, inspired by a birria video that ignited a culinary obsession.

At Los Tacos MNL, every tortilla is pressed from scratch using a blend of Mexican corn kernels that are nixtamalized and ground on-site -- not from masa harina like most others. This commitment to authenticity earned them a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026.
